At Framework Lacrosse Academy, your development is our first priority. We take time to understand your goals, strengths, and playing style so you can make confident decisions about high school, club, and college lacrosse without feeling overlooked or unsure.
In this initial one-hour consultation, we will get to know you and understand what you are looking for. We will talk through your goals, answer your questions, and discuss where you are right now as a player and a student. Everyone wants to get faster, stronger, and develop their skills on the field - we’re here to help facilitate that with recommendations backed by over 20 years of coaching experience.
You will leave this first session with a clear starting plan and guidance on what to do next, what to improve, and what to continue doing to move toward your goals. Whether that is looking for your first club team or starting your first strength training plan, we’ve got you covered.
Additional one-hour planning sessions can be booked at any time. These follow-up sessions allow us to build on your plan, make adjustments, and stay aligned as your goals and opportunities change.
Feedback That Actually Helps You Get Better
Our tape review service provides players with clear, honest feedback on their game from an experienced coach’s perspective. Reviewing multiple games allows us to see how you play in different situations and gives a more complete picture of your strengths, habits, and areas for growth.
Players must submit three links to full games in each tape review package. Reviewing multiple games helps provide well-rounded feedback on how you play over time, not just one performance. Every touch. Every pass. Every Shot. Every check. Each situation where you are involved in the play will receive feedback regardless of your position. It’s not an evaluation; it’s a complete and thorough breakdown.
You will receive detailed insight on positioning, decision-making, and overall impact on the field, along with specific takeaways that you can apply right away.

Recruiting does not have to feel overwhelming. Our recruiting guidance helps players and families understand the lacrosse recruiting process and make informed decisions along the way. With over 20 years of coaching and industry experience, we will help you navigate timelines, communicate with college coaches, and identify programs that are the right fit both athletically and academically.
